Donor opportunities

A generous family

In the IMI Church, we often use the term family about our community. In a family, everyone, often, contributes differently. Our church family consists of many generous people who give of their own gifts, talents, time, and resources to manage what God has given us in the best possible way. If you belong to our community, we consider you part of the IMI family.

Thank you offer vs. permanent donor service

A few years ago, we made a choice to bless others than ourselves with all the thank you sacrifices (collekt) on Sundays. This has had enormous significance for others – and brought us great joy! We still challenge each other on this by allowing all thank you victims except one to leave the house. We therefore see thank you sacrifice as something we give at the top of the regular donor service. The principle is simple: if you belong to the ward permanently, you are also invited to give to the ward permanently.

For the record: employees on finances have a duty of confidentiality on what is given by whom.

Why give?

God is not after our money, but our hearts (Matt. 6, 19-24). Giving generously helps us so that we are not bound by money, makes it easier to trust in God, and allows for our money to have eternal significance.

Tithing is a biblical practice that we recommend, that is, to give 1/10 of all our income back to the house of God. Don't let this either scare you from starting and giving a smaller share, or prevent you from giving more. You are still free to give what you want, at your own discretion and ability – the choice is up to you! (2. Cor. 9, 7-8).

New permanent agreement

By drawing a direct debit, a fixed amount is deducted from your account each month. This is the easiest and most affordable for the IMI Church. Fill in the fields below and sign the agreement electronically with bankID.

You can also sign the agreement on paper. Please contact the hosts at the service if you wish. You can then fill out a fixed-party form and deliver in the collusion box at the payment terminal at G11/G18, deliver a form to the meeting hosts or put it in the white mailbox at the IMItator coffee shop.

Feel free to contact us if you need help setting up the appointment:
51 84 21 60 or gi@imikirken.no.

Individual gifts

You can give individual gifts to the IMI Church in three ways. Either by transferring the gift to account number 3000.34.00030, using Vipps #17543 (IMI Church - Give a gift), or by giving with bank cards here on the website.

You get tax credits* if you have given between NOK. 500 and KR. 50,000 during a calendar year. Fill in the fields below if you have not given a gift to the IMI Church before and wish to include your gift.
*unfortunately not possible to get tax credits by giving on Vipps yet.

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions: 51 84 21 60 or gi@imikirken.no.

Change of fixed agreement

To change the amount or deduction date, simply fill in the information below. To change your account number, you must select "NEW AGREEMENT".

The first move takes place the first overdraft date after the 25th of each month. If you wish to give a gift before the agreement is started, you can use account number 3000.34.00030.
Thanks!

Thank you! We have received your request for a change and are looking at it as soon as we have the opportunity.
