The IMI church is a community that the Bible calls a family (Ephesians 2:19). In a family, we all contribute – in different ways. We do not receive public support as a religious community, but are supported by people who give of their time, talents and resources. If you belong to us, you are part of this family.
God is not after our money, but our hearts (Matthew 6:19–24). When we give, we practice generosity, learn to trust God, and allow our stewardship to have eternal significance. Tithing—giving one-tenth of our income—is a biblical practice we recommend. At the same time, you are free to give according to your ability and convictions (2 Corinthians 9:7–8).
On Sundays we often collect a thank you gift/collection for work outside the church walls. It has come to mean a lot – both to those who receive and to us who give. We see this as something we give in addition to our regular contribution.
If you belong to the congregation, you are part of the community – also through a permanent donor agreement. It is possible to give via a permanent donor agreement, individual gifts, shares/funds or through a company. Gifts to the IMI church entitle you to a tax deduction.
Employees with financial responsibilities are required to maintain confidentiality about who gives what.
Terms and guidelines for gifts and donor agreements
By drawing a direct debit, a fixed amount is deducted from your account each month. This is the easiest and most affordable for IMI Church. Fill in the fields below and sign the agreement electronically with bankID.

You can make individual gifts to the IMI Church's work via vipps or bank card using the form below. The gift can also be transferred directly to account number 3000.34.00030.
If you wish, you can receive a tax deduction for the gift you have given. The minimum amount for a tax deduction is NOK 500. You can receive a maximum tax deduction of NOK 25,000 during a calendar year
